My alterhumanity is an incredibly important part of my identity, and it's been my special interest for the past three years and counting. If you're unfamiliar, to quote the Alterhuman Dictionary, "alterhuman" is defined as "a category of personal identity which encompasses identification that is alternative to the common societal idea of humanity." The sublabel you're probably most familiar with is otherkin, but alterhumanity encompasses a lot more than that, such as otherheartedness and plurality.

Kintypes

This is not a list of all of my kintypes; there are a few I don't particularly feel like talking about. It is most of them, though. With the exception of the first four listed here, these are all based in past lives and reincarnation. I wouldn't consider the first four to be entirely non-spiritual, but they are not connected to specific past lives. Noncanon kintypes are marked with this symbol (◎).
