I am a huge fan of Pokémon. It was the first piece of fiction I ever got into, as far as I can remember; my first-ever video game was Pokémon Yellow on my mom's Game Boy Color. As you might be able to guess from that note, my family is really into it as well. Even my dad, who barely plays any video games, has been playing GO with my mom and brother for a long time (though I myself only downloaded it recently after years of their lighthearted peer pressuring). I have a copy every 3D mainseries game with the exception of Let's Go, Pikachu, which I'm currently trying to get my hands on, and quite a few of the older ones. I get the one I like better (based on vibes and/or cover legendary) first to play through it normally and then pick up the other one later for challenge runs like Nuzlockes or shiny badge quests. I don't play the 2D titles as much, I'm mostly a 3DS and Switch person, but I don't have anything against the older games. I plan on getting around to playing them properly someday, but who knows when that will be. Certainly not me.
This page is a chronicle of my love for this series and all of the accomplishments I've achieved in it. Currently, this includes a list of every Pokémon game I own (and anything special I've done in them, like completing the Pokédex), every shiny I've found, and every challenge run I've done and completed (which is not a lot right now, to be honest — I've lost a lot of Nuzlockes and Wedlockes over the course of my life — but I still want to immortalize the few I made it through).
And, of course, a Pokémon page is hardly complete without a list of my favorites!

Notable Teams
This is not every Pokémon game I've completed, nor every one where I had a dedicated team throughout the game! These are just the ones I feel the most attachment to. More will probably appear here as time goes on.

Omega Ruby Nuzlocke (2/23/2021–3/16/2021)
This is currently my one and only completed Nuzlocke run, so for now, this section is dedicated only to this game. If I were to try to list every Nuzlocke or Wedlocke I've ever attempted, not only would I fail to remember most of them, this would be ridiculously long. I never said I was good at Pokémon challenge runs.
Basic Nuzlocke Rules
- If a Pokémon faints, it is dead and cannot be used anymore. It must either be released or permanently boxed. If your entire party faints and you white or black out, you lose the run.
- You can only catch the first Pokémon you encounter in an area. If you fail to catch it, you cannot get an encounter in that area.
- All Pokémon must be nicknamed to foster a connection between you and them. (This is not part of the basic rule, but I always use a naming theme, such as naming every Pokémon after a food item or a type of plant.)
Additional Rules I Play With
- Dupes (Duplicates) Clause - If my encounter is a Pokémon I already have (or part of its evolution line), it does not count as my encounter.
- Shiny Clause - If I encounter a Shiny Pokémon, I am allowed to catch it, but I will only be allowed to use it if I effectively "replace" my original encounter in that area with it (meaning I am no longer allowed to use my original encounter).
- I am not allowed to choose my starter Pokémon. The last digit of my Trainer ID determines what starter I get; 1-3 is grass, 4-6 is fire, 7-9 is water. If I receive my starter before being able to view my Trainer ID (or if my Trainer ID ends in a zero), I roll a random number generator instead.
- I am not allowed to switch out Pokémon in my party for Pokémon in the PC. My team must stay exactly the same until or unless someone dies.
- Though I don't necessarily consider this a "rule", I do not use in-game trade Pokémon even if a trade becomes available to me.
